Delivery

What if the delivery address supplied is incorrect?
     Nuts, Snacks and Fresh Flowers accepts no responsibility for any errors you make when entering orders, delivery address, card messages or other information. You accept full responsibility for inputting the full and correct street address (Including any business names, tower numbers or hospital wards where applicable). If your goods are delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or insufficient details being supplied, an additional delivery charge will apply to redirect/redeliver your goods and may result in a delay in delivery.

Can you deliver to multiple addresses?
     Yes, but you’ll need to place a separate order for each delivery address.

Can I place multiple orders to myself?
    
Yes, but each order will have its own postage attached.

Can I place an order for someone in Australia to receive an order?
     Yes you can.

If your order is returned to us:
    
If your order is returned to us for any reason including because the recipient failed to collect the products/goods from their local Post Office, an additional delivery fee will be payable by the customer for redelivery.

Loss or damaged products/goods:
    
Nuts, Snacks and Fresh Flowers will not be liable for any loss or damage arising after delivery has taken place. This includes loss or damage resulting from a delivery to an unattended address.

Opening Hours and Markets:
     Our website is open 24 hours a day! When your order is received it will be prepared and posted (via Australia Post) within five business days.

     You can find us at many different markets and events. This information can be found on our website at www.nutsandsnacks.com.au/markets/market or via our Facebook page.

How long will it take to receive my order?
     Please allow a between two to 10 business days for your deliver to arrive (dependent upon your location). Please be advised that delivery times will depend upon how busy Australia Post may be.

Returns:
   
An item needs to be returned within 14 days from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You will need to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:
     Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the return. The customer returning the items are responsible for paying their own shipping costs. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the refund will be less any bank fees charged to us by the bank.

Postage Costs:
     We currently offer a flat rate postage of $20.00 Australia wide.

Do you post overseas?
    
We are currently unable to post outside Australia. We are working on a way to ship overseas.

Is my personal information secure when I order online?
www.nutsandsnacks.com.au is hosted on a secure SSL server. You can be assured of a safe and secure online shopping experience with Nuts and Snacks.

When will my card be charged?
     We authorise payment of your credit card when you place your order.

What payment method is accepted?
     Our secure online payment system accepts Mastercard, Visa and other major credit/debit cards.

Your privacy:
     Nuts, Snacks and Fresh Flowers are committed to protecting your privacy. We respect the privacy and confidentiality of the information you have provide and adheres to the Australian Privacy Principles. We do not and will not sell or deal in personal or customer information.

Disclose your Information:
     Nuts, Snacks and Fresh Flowers may be required to disclose information in good faith in the following circumstances: by law, or by any court; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers or third parties.

Substitution Policy

In the event that an individual item is unavailable we will substitute it with another item of equal or greater value.

Alcohol Policy

You must be over 18 years or older to purchase any alcoholic products from us. If you are purchasing an alcoholic product, you warrant to Nuts, Snacks and Fresh Flowers that you are 18 years of age or older ­AND that the recipient of the products/goods are 18 years or older. Nuts, Snacks and Fresh Flowers will not be liable if any underage person purchases or receives an alcoholic product/gift. You indemnify Nuts, Snacks and Fresh Flowers for any loss or damage suffered by you because of your negligence.

Australian Laws and the New South Wales Liquor Act of 2007 clearly state it is against the law to sell or supply liquor to, or to obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years.
